From the ocean, all life on Earth is possible. The Blue Paradox dives deep into how that life – our life – is threatened by the global plastic crisis and what we can do to change the tides of microplastics filling our waters.

I had the pleasure of working on this project, collaborating with a tight-knit group, to transform the content and copy of the exhibit to reflect the shifting “water-scape” of the crisis. The team and I created all-new narratives, used the deluge of microplastic research to update the original narratives, wove in threads about the mounting microplastic crisis in the Great Lakes, and so much more.

It was such a gift to not only see words I wrote throughout The Blue Paradox, but to experience the digital immersion breathing life into them, to feel them flow like water over me and the space.
